I used to go to this gym in the 80s as a kid. A guy called Mick ran it. Anyone know what he's up to? Is he still there? Great memories, can't believe it's still open..
Been going to wood street years, good atmosphere. No dark looks when your training, like you got in some back street gyms, Welcoming and very helpful staff if you ever needed help or advice on something.
